MY NEWSVINE COMMENT ON SS ARTICLE

If SS money was paid out as collected and the insurance companies were out of the health care business and credit card companies were not allowed to rip off consumers - we would not be in a recession. Bubble bust bank lending still remains a phoney cure instead of a major cause. No matter what SS does the recession will not last forever but if it does recipients can do with less.

More Credit and Debt Stimulus

Hope everything works but probably will not. Wish all those great minds would come up with a new system instead of attempting to fix the current bubble-bust cycle. A GI Bill for everybody might work!!!!!

ANOTHER GREAT DEPRESSION?

The current approach will lead us to a Great Depression. Short of an all-out war the alternative of high wages and gov spending in the right places will work. Banks and further debt will not work. Insurance companies are sure losers now.

Automakers Not Really To Blame

Stupid approaches to Capitalism and government inaction caused our economic problems. Auto companies just provided what people wanted and what credit allowed. Debt kills growth and a money supply distributed from the top down just feeds debt. Proper resources and a labor supply did exist.

EU LEADERS WANT A REGULATED WORLD FINANCIAL SYSTEM

EU leaders want to save a system that cannot work in the modern world whether regulated or not. All economic problems are connected to American consumers whose credit is maxed out. Americans will buy if they can. If Europe wants to help the world economy they should send some money straight to American purchasers and forget about the banks. LOL
