The State of the Union Truth

There's 40 million Americans without health care. The government says it's okay because of free enterprise for the insurance companies, drug companies and the medical industry. Monopolistic practices no longer count.

There are record profits for oil companies while the general public suffers.

The middle class is slowly being removed from the economy.

Massive layoffs are reported every day by giant corporations.

Cheap labor is the chief motivation of business interests.

Illegal aliens have overrun the country.

Foreign policy is based on war and outsourcing jobs.

People are borrowing on their homes to maintain their life styles.

New bankruptcy laws have made it impossible for people to start over.

Credit card companies use loaning practices that used to be illegal.

With 11 trillion dollars held back from current SS recipients to cover the baby boomers in 2 years, and spent to cover government debt, the SS solvency issue is actually an issue of Federal Government solvency. The SS Administration owes current recipients and the government owes the SS administration. At $45,000 for every man, woman and child in the country, and several hundred thousand for eligible SS recipients, there can't be a problem with the baby boomers coming on board.

Politicians are no longer interested in the truth and retiring Fed Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan, who speaks with words they don't understand, is their hero.
